I don't like bed tea. I usually take warm hot water at morning. It helps to get all of the toxins out of my body and keeps my stomach clean. I normally have fresh juice in breakfast if possible. Normally, I take tea or coffee after half an hour of breakfast.
Personally, I prefer healthy stuff.
In the morning, I drink my Primo Java (Healthy Coffee)
Then afterwards, I'll drink my Vibrant Healthy Energy Drink.
The Vibrant last all day and keeps my mind sharp among other things.
Then I drink my Aqualyte & Ionyte which makes Structured Alkaline water the rest of the day. I've never felt better in my life.
