    Hey PG, I have heard a lot about you, I am thinking about investing some money in small startups, can you please suggest me what are the precautions I should take before investing money. I would love to read your thoughts on this.

    Too broad to answer. Would take over 1 hour typing LOL. The one thing I will tell you is that a startup needs to still have momentum to be worth something. Customer base, revenue, ROI, etc... If earlier than that, I would focus on the founder's track record and field of business ( is it aligned to past success)
