Mailchimp's Domain Authentication Issue

Hello everyone, hope you are having a great week.

I'm trying to authenticate the domain of the website of the company I work for on mailchimp (free version) and I keep on getting the same outcome, it does not go through. I've attached the screenshots of the situation. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

Has it been 24-48 (actually sometimes longer) since you made the changes?

Be aware that each time you change them, you're going to trigger another DNS change.

Yes, it has been almost a month going back and forth with this issue and no solution yet...

I wish I had a solution for you. I assume you've asked for assistance from your host as well as Mailchimp?

I did a whois on that site and noticed this:

Reverse DNS (PTR record)not configured

You might need to ask your host about that.

Don't worry, I've asked on several forums and you're the only one that has given me any answer at all. Yes, they say everything is ok... Guess I'll have to talk to them again. Anyway thanks and I'll post any solutions. Hopefully it'll help everyone.
