  1. My family is new in the food manufacturing area of business ( breads and pastries). I'm glad that it seems growing though it just started. But, then, we want to learn more and establish the practices to conform and maintain a good food and hygienic facilities? I feel that we need to learn more about good manufacturing to comply with certain standards on quality. Primarily, we 'd like to focus on those things. What are your suggestions?
