If you are an entrepreneur who takes in charge in handling the affairs of your business? Do you let somebody like for example your business manager to take care of everything? Or do you take full in charge of everything personally? How do you handle your business?

When your business gets large enough you will need a business manager. As ones business grows and expands, it is necessary to train, motivate, delegate and inspect. This is a requirement in order to go beyond the capacity of a specific state of business.

It really depends on how big my business is. For example, I have a restaurant business, and I have already built quite a number of branches around the country, of course I would be needing business managers to run those other branches. However, it doesn't mean I should already be complacent. I still need to know what's going on with the other stores.
