Is it smart to outsource to specialists or take on consultants when starting up/your business is small? I'm just wondering if it might be good for us to kind of have a new set of eyes so to speak. Our goal for the year is to hire more remote US workers, and part of this means securing US clients. Maybe affiliating with someone experienced in brokering those kinds of relationships might be a good thing. any of you have any wisdom or experience, it would definitely be welcomed.
