I want to know about Forum Posting, Forum Posting is good or bad for improving keywords ranking in search engine ?

Forum Posting, in my opinion, is not appropriate for SEO purposes. Because you can include a lionk to your website in your signature, or even in the posts themselves, it's too easy to get a bunch of links, and they mean nothing to the quality of your website or the relevance of the content to the keyword(s) being searched.
