Hi,

I'm running an online business from home since October. Customers pay me through PayPal - I have the tax ID setup with PayPal so I will receive a 1099 from PayPal at the end of the year. I have a few freelancers helping in some projects but know W2 employees.

Do I need to pay taxes to the IRS quarterly or annually? I have heard that paying taxes annually is ok if you don't have W2 employees. Is this true? Or do I have to pay the IRS quarterly if I'm making over a certain amount.

Thanks,
Ross
