We are looking for some cloud-based quality management software, I was wondering if anyone here uses anything cloud-based at work and if they've had any problems with it thus far.

Our company is a just 4 years old. Love cloud technology!!! We can keep track of almost every single detail of our mobile, customer acquisition based business. There are a few features that I wish it offered, such as who was viewing my website instead of the amount of hits. The money saved allows them to be very generous with our customers and promoters. It requires a great support staff, thank goodness we have one.

Hi everyone! We're needing a cloud based quality management software like this one we found online but we'd like to get reviews from those that have used this kind of software even if it's not from the same vendor that we found. That way, we can consider other options and see which one fits our needs best.

If you've ever used this type of tool, what do you use it for? How has the experience been? Which vendor did you choose? Or any other information about the current QMS software you're using. :)
