Hey PG, I'm aware you manage several companies and start ups etc.

How are you able to avoid procrastination and stay focused on the task at hand?

I dont manage them. I own them and therefore I always build businesses with a scale plan (incl new CEO in mind)

I dont worry about how much work there, I just do the work and eventually the work gets done. Thinking and stargazing about how to work is often the reason people dont work.

I agree. Spending a lot of time in analyzing things is usually not the smartest thing to do, but the ones that can decide and response on time to solve the problem.

I had a period when I was fraught with procrastination for a few years in my late teens. When I finally cut out on my own in my early twenties, it seemed to disappear. As I look at it, when I left the family business and went to do my own thing, my enthusiasm kept me motivated and pushing forward.
