    How much do you sleep?

    My Pattern these days are fucked.

    I usually wake up 11 am and shit. but want to wake up 5am

    I feel like waking up late makes my mind really foggy

    I go to bed around 9-10 and wake up at 7 am. The latest I'll sleep in is 8.
  3. Weekdays I'm in bed by midnight and wake up at around 6:30 for work. Weekends I go to bed around midnight or later depending on what I'm doing and wake up anywhere from 9am-1pm depending on what I want to do that day and how tired I am.

    Working full time easily gets me into a rhythm so maybe just trying to stick to a strict sleep schedule will help you regardless of if you're tired or not. Eventually your body will get used to it.

    I go to bed when I am done with my work...which can be extremely late to the wee hours of the morning. I have to catch up on my rest..though..I feel it affecting me. It is really important to get the correct amount of sleep...sometimes we take this for granted.

    I sleep by midnight and get up by 7 am. I am trying to get up by 6.30 am so that I can do some reading early morning.

    I usually sleep around 11 p.m, and I'd wake up at around 7 a.m. I think I have got more than enough sleep so I'm totally fine. :)
